Huawei E353: trouble to unlock

Hi, I have some problem to unlock this key. I tried to unlock yesterday and after that it worked with the other sim without any problem. However on the second attempt (I switched the sim cards twice) the key seems to be unlocked again:

Maybe you could copy here detection text with IMEI number visible? We will hide it if you do not want that it would be visible to public.
It will help us to check more what could be wrong.

Update: I tried the unlock again and after several test it seems to be ok:

SIM Lock status : unlocked

Anyway the IMEI is: 3*****9 (please hide)

Seems you need only to restart the modem. Did you try now to use it with other providers SIM cards? Still asking for code or now its ok?

Disconnect modem, restart computer, then connect modem again.
But if you were able to unlock it again, then it means the problem was with the first unlock.
Good to know that everything is fine now.

Just to know, If I'll have the problem again can I unlock the key anytime or there is some kind of limit?

Sorry, I forgot another question: where can I find the latest mobile partner for this key? I want to customize the different profile connections and it seems that the current version has a bug or something...
