  • 8510-7 Ideos X3 "Phone Not Found"

I installed the drivers and they show up as "Android Sooner Single ADB Interface".

I boot into fastboot and I can get the detect to work as followed:

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0828

    Detecting phone :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei phones
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Fastboot version : 0.5
    Product : swordfish

I then get the pop up screen to hold the Volume - button down, so I hold it and it starts with the "Starting DC Kernel" in the bottom but then it pops up saying

    "Phone not found !"

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Cheers,

    SxM

I had issues with Windows Vista 64 bit. The win7 drivers did not work. I was able to get a hold of a Win7 32 bit and it worked.

        Thanks!

Did you install the drivers from procedure link?
How does your phone appear in Device Manager?
Did you try other USB port? Are you sure there are no USB hubs connected? (phone needs to be connected to USB port which is directly to motherboard).
