Try to reconnect modem to another usb port, make sure no other modem is connected to pc too.

I followed your advice, but not working, see below:

Your modem appears to be HiSilicon type, therefore writing dashboard into it is not possible by this software.

Unfortunately but we do not have another software that could write dashboard separately into this modem, we have only flashing tool that is in beta state and there is also no guarantee that this modem will be flashed successfully - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=24196

The good thing about this software is it requires DC Unlocker Dongle

it will keep away unnecessary crowd obviously !

IT is a wise move although certain open methods were present for similar task.
will surely evaluate and gonna remain in touch.

hello dear simply you can go to www.huawei.com select help then click on download option you can enter your modem model then you will get latest dashboard, firmware download it then update manually it will update to latest mobile partner dashboard.

You can try to, but it was made only for standard Huawei usb modems, not mobile hotspots, therefore chances for it to work on your device are very small.

Dashboard writer won't work on this HiSilicon based modem. If you want to change firmware then use software from here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=24196 NOTE: flashing is risky and you may damage your device - credits lost in flashing won't be added back or refunded regardless of end result, so please consider this before using.

Change frimware a last resort, I do not see this modem version E3372h_150-2 ?. From another modem, there is nothing to upload because for sure the modem falls.
