Huawei IDEOS X3 Phone not found

Hi everybody,

first I read the HOW TO but I`m still not shure why I don`t get a connection.

I use WIN 7 and I downloaded the driver from the Huawai page.
In Device Control it says :
Android Composite ADB Interface. Nothing about fastboot device..

I try to switch the Phone on in Fastboot, but I`m not sure if it is correct.
The description in the Internet are not the same.
I do not have a red Button on my Ideos so I used my hangup button.
The Display is the same as normal but it boots very very fast.
That`s all ?

Any Hint for a desperate user..
