HUAWEI E172 problem

Hello!
I have Huawei E172 modem from Vodafone. I live in Israel and need to use it with Cellcom provider. I have downloaded DC-Unlocker and bought credits. But program doesn't even open "unlock" button for me.
Here are some "copy-paste" from program lock:

Please remove sim, then detect.

Thank you! My modem is unlocked (thats what program says). So i have downloaded software that you have on your site for my E172. Updated it on my modem and Mobile Partner. I spoke to Cellcom tech support man, and he told me all properties i need to know and define. So i did it too.
Problem is that when i press "connect" button in Mobile Partner it says me "Connection terminated" and i have 2 options to choose: cancel and redial. Btw it is terminated without some time-delay, just after i push "connect"...
so i understand, that modem is unlocked and you have nothing to do with my problem, but may be you just know what the problem is????

Oh! Btw, forgot to say and may be it matters...
I have "3G Watcher" software for my Sierra Wireless AirCard 880E installed. However before i start Mobile Partner and insert Huawei E172 i close this program and remove AirCard. As you understand, i take sim from it
But may be it makes some problems?

No, with sierra must be no conflicts, you need configure properly .. need APN, user name and provider, huawei mobile partner is not like sierra, not automatic. If you not used credits, you can get refund, post private massage to manager http://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/member.php?u=376

Thank you for your help, Arunas. Really helped me, even i dont need to unlock the modem, but still you have helped me. Now i know what i have to search for, and i'll search and will try to solve it.
