Please follow this procedure step-by-step: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure
You will need to install drivers from the same link as described in instructions.
You will need to put phone in fastboot mode. Here you can read how to put phone in fastboot mode: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_ph...rials/fastboot

Yes, the same procedure for this phone.

First of all, I see that you did not put the phone in fastboot mode.
Turn off phone, remove battery for 20 seconds, then place it back, and read here how to enter to fastboot mode: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_ph...rials/fastboot
Once it is done, go here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure
Make sure you download and install drivers from our procedure link.

If you say that it is not working, please write me how does your phone appear in Device Manager of your computer. Then we could check more.

When i go into device manager, All that shows under"AndroidPhone" is Android composite ABD interface? And how do you get the sand clock to hang completly in fastboot?

When i press,Vol-Menu and Power button it hangs for a little then it continues to load to main menu

Also, before trying to enter to fastboot mode, remove battery for 20 seconds, place it back and then try to enter to fastboot mode.
Hold buttons pressed long enough (maybe for 10 seconds or more) till you see that your phone is hanged.

Then it does not hang. It should stop booting.

About 30 seconds i think is enough.
If can not enter fastboot, try to use other way to enter it described here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_ph...rials/fastboot

ok, so i hold all 3 buttons for 30 seconds. Now it should completely hang ? meaning it wont boot up right? or does it still boot? im confused in when im suppose to plug the usb in, when the sandclock is there or when its fully booted up
