Huawei e1550 locked to network

hi, can you please tell me if it is possible (using dc-unlocker) to remove the network lock on my 3g huawei e1550?

SIM Lock : unlocked
LOCKED TO: 26803

it is unlocked to any sim card, but it remains locked to the network.
