Problems with drivers. No clue what to do need help

This is what happens when i have DEBUGGING USB on. Im not even use if should have that on or not. But when it isnt it doesnt even show up. I dont even know what to do with drivers, what they do, where to get them. Please help

i just installed a driver called androi 0.1 but its not appearing or anything. but this is what came up
