Huawei E1556 unlocking

I'm trying to unlock Huawei E1556 from Telcel Mx and and I'm having the following problem:

I get the message that the modem is not supported and that I have 0 attemtps left out of 10. The modem is new but it seems to me that carrier might have done this but I cannot tell for sure. Is there a solution to this problem ?

Huawei E1556 Telcom Mexico modem is now supported and can be unlocked with DC-Unlocker (0877 version).
