    Is call feature available in Huawei K3806 Vodafone?

    Hello,

    I have purchased new Vodafone Dongle K3806 (Huawei).
    Now when I try to call via Mobile Partner than it says:

    failed to start the PcVoice Service

    So I like to know is there call feature available in Vodafone Dongle K3806 (Huawei) dongle? If the feature available, than please guide me how to start it?
