huawei e173 does not work

as i wrote on sunday 15. april.

unlocking my huawei e173 does not work. i still have three credit points. to me ist is always said, that wwan-usb-stick does not work, if I put another sim-card into my modem.
also the function on the unlocker client "read unlock code and auto enter into modem" does not work.
maybe you can help me.
