What code you mean?
Dc-unlocker unlock device to accept all provider sim card, but does not remove other codes (like user code).

I problem of user code every three phone, what the want that dir dc-unlocker is unable to remove it?

User code is set by owner of the phone. Sorry, DC-Unlocker cannot remove this code.
This should be done from phones settings.

If possible please review this option in dc-unlocker, our job is to remove the code that the customer oblivion?

Sorry, but DC-Unlocker provides only unlocking devices. Unlocking means make device able to use all providers SIM cards in it.
