      I try to unlock but not successful.
      This is information, which I read from Usb stick.
      Found modem : E353S-1
      Model : Huawei E353
      IMEI : 356791040431706
      Serial NR. : D3C5TA11A3100677
      Firmware : 21.137.01.00.556
      Compile date / time : Oct 9 2011 17:03:04
      Dashboard version : UTPS21.005.20.02.556_MAC21.005.20.02.556
      Chipset : Qualcomm MSM6290
      Voice feature : not supported in current firmware
      SIM Lock status : Locked (CardLock)
      Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

        OK, now go to Unlock tab, click Unlock.
        What is the problem exactly?
