:( Help needed to unlock Huawei E177 dongle

Hello Folks,

Ive tried to unlock my Huawei 177 dongle using the dc-unlocer software and here's the trace of what I get after I try unlocking it.

However, when I try to use a different sim card (different from the original locked one)to access 3G , I get the following message

'Invalid Sim, Please contact customer care'

I did contact customer care and they say that the new sim card is correctly activated and can be used. Im totally confused, . Any help would be great

Your modem is locked, that is why you can not use with other sim card.
This modem was never unlocked with dc-unlocker.
