If DC-Unlocker shows "SIM Lock status : unlocked", then it means phone is already unlocked or was not locked at all.

I have used dc-unlocker tool and I unlocked the phone successfully. But when I insert a SIM card other than the original company I have no signal, try to select a network manually but it appears a message "sim card does not allow a connection to this network"

This phone that you have was not unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
After every unlock try with DC-Unlocker, we got a log of success/fail. There is no log at all from this phone. So, you did not unlock it with DC-Unlocker.
