Make sure drivers are installed.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.
Try other connection method.

I tried to use a usb connector on that slot, and when i am trying to turn on the modem, its says that USB device is not recognize. did i do the correct process sir?

I dont have drivers for my b200W, Where can i get?

Drivers should install from modem when you connect it.
But this modem should be detected and unlocked via LAN cable.

But I guess my modem is a plug and play modem and no drivers should install in order to work, is it possible to unlock?

Try to detect when router is connected by lan cable, not by usb.
