Where do you get this error? In DC-Unlocker software?
If yes, then please copy here all text what DC-Unlocker shows - from DC-Unlocker version number till error code.

Actually, HUAWEI PHone has this problem when cnv files goes after formating. check this :-

If you ON without sim card, it doesn't show error but when you put sim and you ON mobile then it shows software error 23, 13, 4 etc.

we want to solution of this kind from HUAWEI MOBILE by DC Unlocker Team too.

First of all, from your link I see that you are talking about G-series Huawei phones.
DC-Unlocker does not supported and cannot unlock G-series Huawei phones.
So, we do not provide support related with these phones.
DC-Unlocker cannot repair devices, including G-series phones.
If the error comes in Mobile Partner, then you should contact Huawei support to get information how to solve it. As we do not have information about error meaning and how to avoid it.
