    huawei e173 of 3

    hello to all i have one problem:
    i have in my hands one huawei e 173 form "3" in italy...so please sorry for my bad english.
    my friend have done something wrong on this internet key.
    when i put the into usb of my pc (with windows xp home editions sp3) it desn't recognize the key.
    i see thwe key on the tree menu. but windows says to me: usb device not recognize (perfierica usb non riconosciuta).
    i have tried many times to install a new firmware,driver or dashboard, perhaps windows not recognize good the key so when i launch this software it can't go ahead...
    so please how can i do an hard reset or try to put it in the original situations?

    Try to reinstall drivers or install other connection software.
    Did you try on other computer? Is it working normally there?

      hello, i have tried on my pc, on my netbook and on another pc of my friend but nothing....i have tried to reinstall driver,dashborad,and firmware but nothing....dashborad and firmware is impossible because my pc on tree menu doesn't see it like a modem...is this something that i can do about it?

        Sorry, if windows does not recognize your modem at all it may be damaged.
        DC-unlocker can not help here.
