You can add profiles with APN/login/password with our tool "Huawei Edit Profile". Select correct dashboard file, open it with software, add profiles, save it. Write to modem using Huawei Dashboard creator/writer.

This requires some advanced knowledge. If you are not sure that you can do it, please do not try then.
There is no video tutorial yet, because software is still on beta testing.

You can create dashboard ISO file by doing this:
1. Make a back up of your current dashboard inside modem (copy all files from there).
2. Launch Huawei dashboard writer beta.
3. Click "Refresh" and select your modem
4. Select "Create"
5. In opened window, put all files that you want to write to modem (select file and click "Add to directory".
6. Rename dashboard
7. Click "Create". Now you have dashboard ISO file.

Then it means something is missing in the dashboard ISO file.
Try to put other data.bin file into dashboard.
