You should use other, unbranded connection software.
      Try this one: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/LihV26NW

        Thank you for your answers.

I have installed "Mobile Partner". This program looks nice, but the problem is, that the provider's dashboard is always starting automatically from the HUAWEI Modem, as soon as it comes into the slot. And all the files on it are read-only.

It is normal, because it is how modem works - if you connect it to any computer, it will try to install or run already installed connection software (modem automatically understands that you want it to connect to internet).
This dashboard inside modem can be replaced with your modified dashboard with our Huawei dashboard writer

First of all, you should find a correct ISO dashboard file. If you have it, please skip to step 8.
If you do not have dashboard ISO file, you can create it using Huawei dashboard writer by doing the following steps. Note that this requires advanced knowledge, if you are not sure that you can, please do not do it, because mistake can damage modem.

          1. Make a back up of your current dashboard inside modem (copy all files from there).
          2. Launch Huawei dashboard writer beta.
          3. Click "Refresh" and select your modem
          4. Select "Create"
          5. In opened window, put all files that you want to write to modem
          6. Rename dashboard
          7. Click "Create". Now you have dashboard ISO file.
          8. Select "Load" and select your created dashboard file
          9. Click "Update" - new dashboard file will be written to modem

Thank you for your detailed answer.

I understand, that this ISO file is just an image of what I am going to write into the modem. So I can put just one autorun-file to the modem with one single command: run already installed dashboard. Am I right?

Actually I do not have information about commands - I am not making the files.

If you do not wasnt to start the dashboard automatically, you can dissable autorun in windows. Dashboard will not start automatically then and you will need to start mobile partner manually.
