Did you try to detect it with DC-Unlocker?

yes it was detected by DC unlocker

You may receive this error because router is overtaking the connection.
Try to disable its network adapter from control panel.
Also, try to set other ip. Instead of 192.168.1.1 set 192.168.2.1 for example for router and try unlocking again.
