When you connect your router to PC, go to Network connections. Find a name of the connection which appears when you connect router to PC.
Then, click Advanced > Advanced settings > Adapters and Bindings. You will see a list of connections there. Move your connection (which appears when you connect router to PC) to the bottom of the list.
This should help. If not - let me know. I will give you other experiment then.

            HUawei E960 Orange

            Hi
The Huawei E960, Orange branded, has the USB port locked.
An ullocking will have to be done via LAN.
I have succesfully done it once with an older version of DC-Unlocker client.
I want ot unlock a second modem.
Notebook is connect to internet via my usual WIFI connection, getting an IP automatically DHCP, 192.168.178.50
Pluged in the lan cable to the notebook and the E960, connecting and showing as second network connection.
E960 set to DHCP, IP address fix 192.168.2.1
DC-Unlocker software, version 1034 does not find the e960.
            Any suggestion? Thank you!

If you have windows vista or greater os try to run dc-unlocker as administrator like so - right click mouse button on DC-Unlocker -> Run as... and select "run as administrator”. Also try to detect the device while being offline, see if it will be detected.

Great, Yes the E960 is now detected by your software running on win7
                My next problem is:
If I connect only to the E960 via RJ45 the modem is detected but I cant access your webserver to unlock.
If I switch WIFI I still can not connect to you server unless I disconnect the rj45 connecting to the modem.
The modem is running dhcp, ip 192.168.178.199
The wifi modem connecting to internet is also running dhcp, ip 192.168.178.1
                Thank you for your help

Try to detect by these instructions and move your router connection to end of connection list: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/HiLink_m...nlock_tutorial

Is modem connected by lan cable? Maybe you use same device that you try to unlock for internet connection at detect time?

You should try to unlock it, or go to check troubleshooting of device in it's manual if none of the sims - even original one is not detected on router.
