Wrong username or password ! and not selectable & un-selectable unlock

    Wrong username or password !

    Clicked "Remind Password" and inserted the correct email address as requested
    Username & password arrives in email.
    Copied the two items into the correct field.
    Clicked Check Login
    Then the reply - Wrong username or password !
    It has to be correct because they were both copied and pasted in case of typos.

    Can anyone help?

    ps - the last two letters of my username was truncated in the email
    pps - have successfully "check login" before and in fact only may be an hour before. Then out of the blue, this occurs.

    That is problem 1 above.


    Problem 2 is below.

    When I was able to check login earlier this afternoon, my aim was to unlock the HuaWei E586.
    This will be the 4th Huawei E586 to be unlocked in as many months.
    There is 10 credits in the account to do this unlock.
    USB link with the device - all drivers and UI loaded ok
    Browser was able to login to the device and disconnected the broadband as needed.
    Opened DC Unlocker version 1.00.0764
    Able to find the device easily
    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0764

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found modem : E586
    Model : Huawei E586
    IMEI : 868741002553360
    Serial NR. : R8Z4CC9240104908
    Firmware : 21.321.07.01.21
    Compile date / time : Jan 14 2012 11:34:53
    Voice feature : not supported in current firmware
    SIM Lock status : unlocked
    Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

    clicked unlocking
    the unlock button / key was not selectable - un-selectable unselectable.

    previously, by selecting the unlock button, the device would be unlocked.

    Please can someone tell me what have I overlooked

    Unlock button is not active, because DC-Unlocker shows "SIM Lock status : unlocked".
    Is there other providers SIM card inserted in the modem?
    If not, please insert other providers (not original) SIM card into the modem and then detect again, unlock.
