Maybe phones battery is not fully charged?
Did you try to reinstall drivers?
Did you try to use other USB port?
USB port which is directly to motherboard.
Any possibility to try other computer?

i will install driver "Pulse_Drivers_xp_w7_w764"
i will try to all usb port
and last i will try 3pc

Maybe there is something wrong with phone? Like its rooted / installed other firmware or something?

Try other usb port.
Try other usb cable.
Use usb port that is direct to motherboard (without usb hubs).
After each error disconnect battery for 20 seconds, then connect back and try to detect by instructions step by step.
