    Can i change firmware in E173eu-1 ? I need to unlock HSPA+.
    It's original firmware not log-in to the AREO2 network in Poland.

    Yes, you can update the firmware if you have firmware update file.

      Could it be prepared to flash via DC-unlocker software?
      I was try to update using E173Update_11.126.85.00.209_B427.exe but answer is negative...

        No, DC-Unlocker cannot flash devices or update/write firmware.
