i tryed to edit profile in dashboared with ( DTHuaweiEditProfilePro.vmp.exe )

You mean profiles did not appear in installed Mobile Partner from edited dashboard?
If yes, then you need to uninstall current Mobile Partner version from your computer.
Then, make sure there are no files left in Program Files.
Then, install Mobile Partner to different location.
