Is modem connection software installed?
If not, install it.
Make sure it is not running.
Go to Task Manager and check if there are no process left running.

Check this carefully:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

Install modems connection software, but make sure it is not running together with DC-Unlocker.
