Are you sure that drivers are correctly installed?
Did you try other USB port? Other computer?

yes, drivers (Android Sooner Single ADB Interface)
and i tried in the all usb ports and on 5 computers too

Are you sure phone is in fastboot mode and hanged?
Could you try other windows version?
Also, after each error remove battery for 20 seconds, then connect it back and repeat procedure step by step.

How is your phone named in device manager at time when you connect it in fastboot mode?

Could you try other windows version?

Try other usb port that is direct to motherboard without usb hubs.

i have same problem with u8652 and also some other phone same problem i tried with 3 different pc like windows xp windows 7 32bit and 64 bit
but still phone not found

From your detection text I can tell that phone might not be in fastboot mode.
Try to do this:
Remove battery for 20 seconds, place it back, then try to enter to fastboot mode again (by following the instructions), connect to computer, install drivers and then try again to detect with DC-Unlocker again.

I got the same problem. The phone I just got today is an at&t go phone that is having problems to unlock. Do you think it needs to be rooted first?

No, phone does not have to be rooted.

You need to put phone to fastboot mode, download and install drivers, etc. Everything is described in details in tutorial above.
