huawei e173 s-2 "device is unavailable or disconnected"

Hi unlocked then Flashed my e173s-2 with huawei e173 dashboard... the problem is the network is detected in mobile patner but when i hit connect it says "device is unavailable or disconnected"

is there a away i can fix it? or where i can download huawei e173s-2 device drivers. thx

OK like a pirate i figured it out... i downloaded the drivers 4 huawei e173 3g... planted them in mobile patner with ultra iso then created my dashboard with the huawei dashboard tool.... am good now
