at the moment i dont have any credits.. is that the cause, can i buy credit after successful unlocking of my device

You need to buy 15 credits to unlock this modem.After you buy credits you will get the user and pass.

i have now bought credit for 15, my dcunlocker detects the modem on offline(without being connected to the internet using my usb modem) mode and when i check in with the 15 credits (connected to the net using the modem)and try to do the unlocking it gives a message, the two ports as not detected as a result unable to unlock it.

You can't use the same modem (Unlocking modem) to connect to the internet.You have to use ADSL or wifi connection.
