Help me with my UMG1831

Hi im new here...
I wanna unlock my UMG1831 and i buy credit too...

Im using Dc - unlocker 2 client v.1.00.0509

The Problems are :
* After they detect my modem DO JOB only turn light on Generate Unlock code by IMEI and Generate Firmware Code by IMEI
* Then I try Generate Unlock code by IMEI and the result is... Sending IMEI to server ... bug detect : no card handle !
* Then I try to Generate Firmware Code.. It has result and my point gone out..

But still my modem can't Read CDMA card....
Please Admin.. help me cz its hard to call live support this forum is my only hope...

1. Select manufacturer: Huawei modems
2. Select model: Autodetect(recommended)
3. Detect modem (click big magnifying glass)
4. Go to Unlock tab
5. Select "Read Unlock code and auto enter to modem".
6. Click "Do job".

But I it can't read any CDMA card .. the T-mobile software i used is v 2.05 it always said NO SIM.
And if i choose option "READ UNLOCK CODE & AUTO ENTER TO MODEM" . The "DO JOB" is turn off (Cannot be selected).

As you know UMG 1831 is only modem for GSM sim card, but after i read some blog, if i can unlock it, i can use both GSM / CDMA. In info at dc-unlocker my modem is already unlock, But why it only can read GSM card only...
Then... what is the meaning by "Sim card from opther provider than modem"?

As i insert my modem to PC its automatically turn on the software "T-mobile V 2.05.

Am i need to found another software that match with my UMG1831. If i needed, please give me info what the name of software that can read both GSM and CDMA...

Dc-unlocker unlock modem to use with any provider sim card. It does not unlock cdma or other features on modem.
Sim card from other provider means sim card from provider different then that the modem is locked to.
