Thanks to DC Unlocker as a new member can I ask some help How to unlock subject mentioned above.

1-download and install free dc-unlocker software
2-plug modem dongle into free usb PC port
3-wait for install management software (if you have not done before, dongle must be installed correctly)
4-start dc-unlocker software
5-choose brand name of modem dongle and let autodetect
6-see status of modem dongle
7-If it's "locked" than you must buy 15 credit to unlock it via paypal or other method.
