Huawei u8180(Starshine) failed to unlock

Hi, I was trying to unlock this model by using the dongle of infinity best dongle. Bt getting this error:

Any idea how to solve this?

Try other usb port that is direct to motherboard without usb hubs.
Try other usb cable.
After each error try restarting phone by removing battery for 20 seconds then connecting it back.
Try other computer.
Try other windows version.
