please can you tell me can i unlock huawei e160 ,with skyphone amoi as a internet conection in same time idont have a sim card for huawei E160?

To unlock modem dongle, you must have an internet connection, NOT with same modem dongle you want to unlock.
Than you must have internet connection such as: wifi, adsl, lan, etc.etc., datacard, cellphone, and another modem dongle.
You can unlock with skyphone amoi used for internet connection.
Remember to remove sim-card into modem dongle you want to unlock.
