You can unlock it by dc-unlocker. Unlock counter will be reseted with unlock.

HUAWEI E392 downgrade

Hello,

Can you help me to downgrade the E392u-12? We have some problem for the device compatibility, here now, the device HUAWEI E392u-12 has the version of 11.433.25.00.1055, but the HUAWEI E392-12 Firmware Supported by our Machines is : 11.333.02.00.000 or lower.

So can you guide us to downgrade the E392u-12 so as to let it work properly?

Hi, I was not able to unlock the modem with the default firmware (It says wrong codes entered was already 10 out of 10, even for this new unit), so I tried to install the generic firmware to see if it would change that.
The firmware update eventually worked when I tried to run it on another PC.
However, after that MobilePartner couldn't find the modem any longer.

Tried to update the Dashboard, no luck also. Please note that this Dashboard is customized MegaFon version, not really a generic one.

I am not sure how to revert to the previous firmware or where to find a real generic firmware (not MegaFon one). Any clues?

I had downloaded the setup file to be installed on the PC though, would prefer something flashed directly onto the modem.
