I can not get the DC to find my Phone U8160
It finds another phone that is not mine model (it finds U8150) which is completly differant beast.

DC-Unlocker is not working with my Huawei U8160
It detected the u8150 which is NOT my model.
Why r some ppl telling me it works?
What is differant with my phone (its rooted)?

U8160 phone is very similar as U8150. Procedure of unlock is completely the same. Why is it a problem for you that DC-Unlocker showed U8150? Just ignore this line and follow the unlock procedure: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure

The procedure you are refering to:

Huawei U8150 IDEOS detect and unlock procedure

Turn off phone, then hold at same time buttons "Vol. -" and "End call" (red button) and then press "Power. Hold all 3 buttons pressed for 5 seconds. Phone should hang on startup. After this connect usb cable.

THERE IS NO END CALL (RED BUTTON) ON MY U8160 phone!
If it "works" as you say, please change the procedure by adding the instructions (Note) for the U8160. That way you make it official, not here in a forum.

You need to simplify your process and make it more customer friendly.

Who ever writes the DC-Unlocker software is a genius, but it is not promoted well on the web.

The key (competitive) factor would be
Unlocking your phone in 60 seconds.

Unlike others who need 1-3 days for the same.
