    e585u-82 new version not supported!!!

    I unlocked hundreds of this model before, but now with new lots:


    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found modem : E585u-82
    Model : Huawei E585U-82
    IMEI : 357309042424931
    Serial NR. : Q9Q4CB9232300193
    Firmware : 11.106.00.08.240
    Hardware ver. : CD1E5830FM
    SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

    need insert SIM without PIN !

    Is there not original sim? Sim from other provider inserted? Need to detect with other provider sim.
    Also, try to use older dc-unlocker version.

    Same Problem

    I have the same problem with a Pocket Wifi 2 I purchased in Australia in mid June (Vodafone special). I was running the latest DC (v1.00.0890). I got the same message as below. I tried various sim cards and all say I have to use a sim without a PIN. I tried a older version of DC (v1.00.0460) and on there it said "Card not found"

                I have tried that. Still does not unlock.

                        When the genuine sim is in modem all is fine.
                        When I put another providor's sim in modem the carrier is recognised but does not connect to internet.The "connection" drops in and out continuously.
                        I have tried two other sims from the same non original providor.

                          Did you set correct connection settings? Like APN, login, password, etc.
