U8300 help

Helo to all
As i see many meember of this forum have this isue with this phone.
I have try to detect phone in fastboot mode soft detect and after sending dc kernel phone reboots.
I have try in normal mode but in way soft reckognized as
Androind adapter usb device
anybody have driver for this phone??
