Hello, I'm having some trouble while trying to unlock my card
when reading card I receive this information on dc-unlocker

Change Firmware

How do you change Firmware?
I tried downloading it but it prompts for a password before actually installing. I have no passwords. DC-Unlocker says to be able to generate them but can't find where!

You can get refund, you need contact live chat at monday (to Manager), also i sent you PM .

Please go to unlock tab and you will see the Generate firmware code.That operation you need to have 5 credits.If you want a refund,like arunas said,please contact live chat.
