Huawei E586Ds-2 SIM Lock status:unknown(read failed)

Hi,
Trying to unlock and have downloaded the latest version. I've tried the detection with both a 3 and o2 sim card in and both times I've got SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed). Any ideas to help unlock please?

I'd like to use the modem with both 3 and o2 sim cards.

Try to use older dc-unlocker software version.
Also, be sure that there is not original sim inserted (sim from other provider than modem) inserted at detect time.

Thanks all unlocked now. Does anyone know how to change the son settings to get an O2 prepay sim connected?
