the dc-unlocker make something is unjustifiable I did the process of unlocking to Huawei e303 HiLink it gives me that is unlocking but actually it doesn't unlocked but the most string thing the dc unlocker counter it's count it as unlocked and give me this msg "Unlocking, please wait ... Card successfully unlocked !" but actual it doesn't unlocked

Try to do this:

Go to Control Panel > Network Connections > Right click on your modem connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200". OK > OK > OK

Go to Control Panel > Network Connections > Right click on your modem connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties >
IP: 192.168.2.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Right click on DC-Unlocker> Run as > Run as administrator.

Right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > Run in compatibility mode with windows XP.
