unknow(read fail) please help

during unlocking procedure dc-unlocker freezed (I was waiting 30min then I disconected phone), phone is possible to turn ON, accept all SIM cards, but can't connect to any network (with manual search Network is found, but not possible to connect)

I read phone again with DC but simlock looks broken.
please help my credit is gone
