Could you try to change adapter binding priority by following this procedure? http://www.dc-unlocker.com/HiLink_mo...nlock_tutorial
Tutorial is made for HiLink modems, but it should be working on your modem too. Same procedure.
    Restart computer after this procedure.

        Try to do this also:
Go to Control Panel > Network Connections > Find your router and right click on it > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200". OK > OK > OK

Then, right click on DC-Unlocker > Properties > Compatibility > select "Run in compatibility mode with" - Windows XP. Click OK.
Then, right click on DC-Unlocker > Run as administrator.

Then try again to detect your router.

Did you try to do this also?
Go to Network Connections > Find your Huawei modems connection there > Right click on it > Properties > Internet (TCP/IP) > Properties > IP: 192.168.2.1 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 > Ok > OK.
            If not, try it.

If still not working, maybe you could try other computer then?

You need to change router IP address, so that there would not be any conflict when trying to detect router.

Then try to change ip for your existing connection. Router leave as it is by default.
Also, try other connection type: wifi, modem, lan.
