unlock button disable

    unlock button disable

    First,My account loign error .Software display access denied.
    Second,After I send a mail to service centre,access denied is fixed.
    lastly,I have cradit , I had login success.But my "unlock button" is
    still unable.At this moment,I'm using Client 1.00.0890.
    I send mail to service centre,they told me to use old version.
    Here is dc-unlock 1.00.0890 version message below.

    Who can you help me with this problam?
    very simple reason, it was because your "SIM Lock status : unlocked", how can you unlock a dongle if it was already unlock? try to use different simcard provider, if the log message still the same, no need to unlock, if the log message become "SIM Lock status : locked", your unlock button will be enable.

      Dear Sonny:
      I've change 2 different sim card (include locked or not locked),I try to unlock my device,not unlock my simcard.Usually If I want to unlock my device need unlock code .unlock code can be count by IMIE.I also change different computer system and different dc-unlocker ver. Cant be unlock my device.

        If so, then your modem is unlocked or not locked.

        Are you sure it ask for unlock code?

          Will manager or somebody can help me with "teamviewer" check my device on this Satuday or Sunday? I'm not quite sure what the problam is....Now I am confused....My device is surly locked by oputs,why dc-nulocker just dont work ：（

            Insert other providers (not original) SIM card into modem, then detect it again with DC-Unlocker.

            If you see SIM lock status "Locked" - means you can unlock it
            If you see SIM lock status "Unlocked" - means your modem is already unlocked.

              My friend have a device Huawei E583c.
              I have a device Huawei E583c .
              His device is unlocked by input unlock code .
              He is using a 2$/DAy plain.
              Mine device is not unlocked by udnlock code.
              I plug his sim card in my device and it's not work.
              Data shows on dc-unlock my device is unlocked.
              what wrong with my device? I think there's misunderstanding during these.
              Can dc-unlocker count unlock code for E583C device?
              unlock button is for sim locked,not for device locked.....

                We ask you: What provider is your modem from? What provider sim do you insert when see lock status as unlocked in dc-unlocker?
                No, dc-unlocker can not unlock it by code.

                  The plain I prepare to use is 2$/day,Store service told me have to unlock my device first,so I Comparison two modam plug in same sim card.
                  My provider: Oputs
                  Modem:Oputus (lock by oputs)
                  Sim card :Oputs 、Vodafone、Teltra
                  (all test already but unlock button is not work,dc-unlocker display normal.but those sim cant connect normaly)

                      When I try to unlock my ZTE modem it say modem status "unknown error" and the unlocking bottom is disabled. ..
