    Sorry, we cannot help you with this problem.
    Usually, we give back up files for these phones in order to repair them. But, phone must be attempted to unlock with DC-Unlocker (so that back up file would be created in server). This phone was never attempted to unlock with DC-Unlocker, so there are no back up file to give. So, sorry, but we cannot help you to repair the phone. You should contact unlock service provider which you used to unlock this phone.

      thank you for the quick response..but sad to say i cant unlock this phone using the dc-unlocker..i love to use this software to unlock different model of huawei phones because it's fast and safe.....
      so,how about i will try to use other boxes which this model is supported?it is possible to unlock?

        I guess this phone was attempted to unlock with other software and it failed. So, you should contact unlock service provider which you used to unlock this phone.
