Need E353s.2 HiLInk without WebGui

Hello People,
I´ve a E353s-2 HiLInk Datastick with webGui connection, but I need this stick without WebGui login.
I need this stick with Dashboard or other separate software. Can anybody help me, what i must do with this stick?
This stick not wrk with the Dension webradio application, because it is dial directly to the inet, but the Wenradio stick simulated the dial-in software.
I hope you understand me, my english is not the best.
