    Hi,
    Thank you for fixing this. The details in DC-Unlocker for my modem is this:


    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0889

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found modem : E1731
    Model : Huawei E1731
    IMEI : 863791011445590
    Serial NR. : D6GBYA9270505617
    Firmware : 21.157.13.00.910
    Compile date / time : Jan 18 2012 15:30:00
    Hardware ver. : CH2E303SM
    Dashboard version : graham_inggs_custom_iso
    Chipset : Qualcomm
    Voice feature : enabled
    SIM Lock status : Locked (CardLock)
    Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

    Based on a method online, I was told to do generate the unlock code for model E303. I got the unlock code generated as:

    Sending IMEI to server ... OK !

    863791011445590 Unlock code = 28406147

    Credits left : 0

    *

    Found Phone, Phone Info:
    - Manufacturer :huawei
    - Model :E1731

    What can be the reason for this issue?
    Do I need to mention E1731 instead of E303 while getting the unlock code? If yes, could you please restore back my 4 credits so that I can restore it for my modem. These are the current details for my modem:

    Serial Number : D6GBYA9270505617
    IMEI : 863791011445590
    Hardware ver. : CH2E303SM
    Firmware : 21.157.13.00.910
    Software ver. : 21.003.27.00.03

    My 3G vendor is Airtel India.
    My basic objective is to be able to use my 3G router with DLINK DWR131, so that I can access 3G via WiFi. Currently, DWR131 is unable to detect my 3G data card, and I am hoping that it will, once I have the modem unlocked.

    Please provide help, it is very very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    DC-Unlocker does not support and cannot unlock this modem model.
    You generated unlock code, which cost 4 credits. So, we cannot restore you the credits.
    If you use other software to enter code to modem - we cannot tell you why it is not working.
    If you want to generate unlock code again, you can do it for free - generating same modem's unlock code for same user does not require credits again.

      Hi, thanks for the reply. Airtel E1731 has been listed as a model which is supported and the new DC unlocker client specifically says this

      "Added :Unlock code generating for new not customized Huawei modems (new algo)"

      Can you please let me know, why you are saying that this model of the modem is not supported?

        Can you please let me know, why you are saying that this model of the modem is not supported?
        We provide only direct unlock.
        You can generate unlock code for this modem, but not unlock it.

        If you unlock this modem with DC-Unlocker, after restart modem becomes locked again.
        So, we do not have unlock solution yet.

          tried Unlocking my airtel huaweiE173cs-1

          Hello, i tried unlocking my huawei dongle, but now came to know that its firmware got destroyed during flashing. could some please give an idea/link so that i can restore it to original as DC unlocker no more detects it and also setup files present in it are running

Firmware not supported ! 

Update modem firmware to 21.157.13.00.910 (download link http://www.dc-unlocker.com/download/E173Cs-1_Update_21.157.13.00.910.B757.exe) to make modem supported.
