Error codes 21 and 37

I bought my credits as per the guide and have followed the video but have received two error codes that I cannot find information about. I have copied in the dialogue below (I starred the last three digits of the IMEI).

Can you help me please?

Use latest dc-unlocker software version - 890, restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits. You can repeat unlock with 0 credits.
