Need to find firmware update file that support voice functions and run it.
After firmware is updated you can activate voice feature by dc-unlocker.

Original firmware version is 21.015.03.05.55, from * version is 11.126.85.00.209_B427. Modem is T-mobile branded. Original firmware doesn't support voice
