huawei e1820 problem

Hi all .... Here is the deal so far. I have a huawei E1820 dongle that i want to unlock .
I downloaded dc-unlocker client then bought credits. Then i did auto detect modem and here are results

It says sim lock status unlocked . My problem is this when i put in another sim card the user interface from my present provider says sim not recognised. I am not seeing anything come up in the interface that lets me input the unlocking code.
Also why is the top function on dc-unlocker greyed out. I want to get it to get it my unlock code and send it to my dongle but that option is greyed out.... Please help as the more i read on the forums the more i get confused

Try to detect modem again with other providers SIM card inserted.
If you still see SIM lock status "unlocked", means modem is unlocked or was not locked at all. Then you have to use other connection software, unbranded one.
If you see SIM lock status "Locked", you can unlock modem with DC-Unlocker.
